Join us for our autumn cooking class!

We share our favorite autumn recipes, medicinal herbs fall, and tips for eating for health and vitality in the changing seasons. This class is all about apples! Living on an apple farm, we have developed lots of dishes that feature this classic fall food. On the menu we have Mulled Cider, Cider Syrup, Apple and Sweet Potato Salad, Cider Glazed Chicken or Tempeh, and of course a classic Apple Pie. We also share about the incredible diversity of apple verities and how to use them.
